Responsibilities:

1. Data Analysis & Reporting:
   • Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
   • Generate and present regular reports on supply chain performance to management, offering actionable insights for strategic decisions.
2. Process Optimization:
   • Evaluate and improve current supply chain processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure timely delivery of services.
   • Leverage advanced supply chain management software to optimize data accuracy, reporting, and overall process efficiency.
3. Operations Management:
   • Manage day-to-day supply chain activities, including procurement, distribution, and logistics, ensuring seamless operations.
   • Collaborate with internal teams, including recruitment and client services, to ensure effective matching of Executive Partners with clients.
4. Strategy Development & Implementation:
   • Develop and execute supply chain strategies that align with business objectives and client needs.
   • Continuously monitor market trends, industry developments, and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the supply chain.
5. Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
   • Track business performance, ensuring it meets or exceeds established service standards.
   • Generate regular reports on key performance metrics, providing insights into overall business efficiency.
6. Continuous Improvement & Innovation:
   • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain, focusing on innovation, efficiency, and cost reduction.
   • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance within the supply chain team.

Requirements:

• Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree.
• 2-5 years of working experience.
• Mastery of Excel and the entire MS Office Suite.
• Must have a good understanding of programming in Python.
• Knowledge of data analysis, data preparation, and data management principles.
• Experience with SPSS, R, or other statistical software.
• Knowledge of basic statistics and data visualization.
• Experience with survey design and electronic survey deployment (Qualtrics or other products).
• Candidate must be highly organized and excel in customer service.
• Track record of managing multiple projects on time with demonstrated ability to problem-solve, multi-task, and grasp the big picture while being detail-oriented.
• Excellent written, oral, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate with a strong commitment to teamwork.
